Fine Courtyard Garden, Unique Bathroom Amenities, Chic and Romantic Decor
The swimming pool is poorly designed without handrails!!! The narrow and confusing access roads make arrival a significant hassle. Hidden charges for sauna usage came as a shock and added an unwelcome surprise to the bill!!!

Unobtrusive staff and perfect and excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Nice building, great and beautiful location so close to the center of town, all the major attractions in town, and cafes in Arles:)))

The unique historic building added charm. Definitely plan to reserve meals ahead and call the hotel for parking assistance if you're driving.
We ran into trouble when ordering a taxi. It didn't arrive, pretty frustrating, especially when we were charged more for the pick-up than expected. Just a heads-up to book your transport in advance!

a good stay with some room for improvement
The outdoor pool area was quite refreshing, nestled in a peaceful garden that beautifully complemented the hotel's ambiance. I also appreciated the charming staff who went out of their way to assist. The nearby restaurants offered authentic local cuisine.
While the room was lovely, I found the shower to be a bit snug for my comfort.
